Novalicious Hair Extensions Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing our hair extensions products. We are committed to providing you with high-quality and long-lasting hair extensions that enhance your style and boost your confidence. As a part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a  two-month warranty on our hair extensions products.

Our team will assess the product and determine if the issue is covered under the warranty. If your claim is approved, we will promptly provide an appropriate resolution. Please note that warranty claims may take up to 7 business days to process.

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or damage due to faulty craftsmanship of the hair extensions products purchased from our company within the specified warranty period. This includes issues such as shedding, inversion, or extreme matting.

1. The two-month warranty period starts from the date of purchase, as indicated on the original proof of purchase on the Novalicious Lid of the Box.
2. To claim the warranty, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (order invoice nr) and register your product with a photo of the lid box signed by the stylists and the client
3. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
4. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
5. The warranty is valid for hair extensions products purchased directly from our company or authorized retailers. Purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
6. We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
7. The warranty does not cover any additional costs associated with the warranty claim, such as shipping/Courier fees for returning the product.
8. Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized individuals or companies will void the warranty. Such as color services or changing the product.

Our representatives will guide you through the warranty claiming process, including providing detailed instructions for returning the product, if necessary or further testing at our in house Lab.

Thank you for your interest in our human hair extensions. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we aim to provide you with a hassle-free exchange process. Please carefully review our exchange policy below:

Please note that any courier costs associated with the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the hair extensions must be in their original condition, including the packaging.
  • The request for an exchange must be made within 2 calendar days from the date of arrival.
  • Exchanges are only applicable to products that were purchased directly from Novalicious through an Authorized Hair Salon/Stylist
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via whatsapp 0815096921 with your order number lid of your Novalicious box, and the reason for your exchange request.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide a return address for the hair extensions.
  • Ensure that the hair extensions are appropriately packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier method to send the hair extensions back to us.
  • Once we receive the hair extensions, our team will thoroughly inspect them to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.
  • If the hair extensions are deemed eligible for an exchange, we will proceed with processing your exchange request.
  • If the hair extensions do not meet the eligibility requirements, we will contact you to discuss potential options.
  • Upon approval, you may choose to exchange the hair extensions for an alternative product of equal value
  • Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase from our store.
